4. Listing and Selling Gemstones

  • Submission: Sellers must submit gemstone listings for administrative approval before they are published on the Site.
  • Accuracy: Listings must provide truthful and detailed descriptions, including the gemstone's origin, type, condition, and any certifications.
  • Compliance: Sellers must ensure that their listings and sales comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Purchasing Gemstones

  • Order Acceptance: By placing an order, Buyers make an offer to purchase the specified gemstone(s). Lustre Bazaar reserves the right to accept or decline such offers.
  • Payment: Buyers agree to pay the full price of the gemstone(s) as listed, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, through the Site's designated payment methods.

6. Fees and Commissions

  • Seller Fees: Lustre Bazaar may charge Sellers fees for listing gemstones and/or a commission on sales. Details of such fees are provided on the Site and are subject to change with or without notice.
  • Payment Processing: Any applicable fees or commissions will be deducted from the Seller's proceeds before disbursement.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for shipping sold gemstones to Buyers promptly and securely, using reliable carriers, and providing tracking information.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Sellers should consider insuring shipments to cover potential losses.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, accessible on the Site. Buyers and Sellers are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to this policy.
  • Disputes: In case of disputes regarding returns or refunds, Lustre Bazaar may mediate but does not guarantee resolution.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

  • Listing counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented gemstones.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
